The purpose of the employee recruitment and placement process in Turkcell Teknoloji is to find the best candidate for vacant positions. These candidates must match the corporate culture and goals as well as the special requirements of the relevant position.

We employ our interns and part-time employees through the ‘Turkcell Academy Towards the Professionalism Formation (PAF)’ and ‘Turkcell Teknoloji Seeks the Recognizer of One’s Own Value’ Programs.
All applications submitted to our company are registered with the Turkcell Teknoloji database. During annual workforce planning, this database and the services of consultants are used to build a pool of candidates with matching criteria for the vacant positions after which the recruitment process begins.
INTERVIEWS WITH TURKCELL TEKNOLOJİ
At least two interviews are held with candidates; they are attended by the recruitment specialists and the relevant executive.
All candidates are evaluated on the basis of their functional competences, as well as our company principles such as the customer-driven structure, sense of ownership of the job, innovation, relationship building, self-knowledge and self-improvement. Compliance with our corporate culture and values is among the most important criterion we take into account during this process. For executive positions, in addition to basic competence, team building skills are sought.
During the first interview, the ‘personality inventory’ is applied to the candidates. The test evaluates the candidates in terms of criteria such as leadership, communication skills, analytic thinking and tendency towards team work and plays an important role in the decision-making process.
Professional interests and the candidates’ technical knowledge are also evaluated in addition to their competences.

EVALUATION PROCESS
A reference research is conducted for the candidates that are found suitable as a result of the interviews, personality inventory and evaluation center practices. The candidates who successfully go through all these stages will be offered the job by the Human Resources Department.
The applications of other candidates that applied for the position will be kept in the database for one year to be evaluated for other positions and followed up. All candidates are informed of the result of the recruitment process.
